GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

ESPN Red Nail Bar

I, ______ (the "Participant"), and if such Participant is under 18 years of age, then also the parent or legal guardian of such individual on his or her and my behalf (who shall also be considered a Participant in this case), sign this General Release and Waiver of Liability (this "Release") in consideration of participating in ESPN, Inc.'s Fan Event at the ESPN Red Nail Bar on Saturday, September 6, 2025 (the "ESPN Red Nail Bar"). The Participant hereby fully and forever releases and discharges ESPN, Inc. and its affiliates, successors, assigns and licensees (collectively, "ESPN") and Civic Entertainment Group, LLC and its affiliates, successors, assigns and licensees (collectively, "Civic") and each of their respective assignees, successors, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, sponsors, shareholders, partners, members, affiliates and volunteers (collectively, the "Released Persons") from any and all present and future liabilities, debts, obligations, costs, expenses, damages, losses, charges, judgments, executions, liens, claims, demands, actions or causes of action of whatever nature or description, in equity or at law (including bodily injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property relating in any way to the ESPN Red Nail Bar which the Participant or his/her child or ward, parent or legal guardian, family, estate, heirs, representatives, executors, insurers, administrators, successors or assigns (collectively, "Related Partiesv) may have, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, asserted or not asserted, arising out of participation in the ESPN Red Nail Bar or related activities (collectively "Claims"). THIS RELEASE EXPRESSLY INCLUDES A RELEASE OF "CLAIMS" OR POTENTIAL "CLAIMS" THAT HAVE ARISEN OR MAY ARISE IN THE FUTURE IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE EFFECT OF THIS RELEASE IS TO WAIVE ALL "CLAIMS" AGAINST AND RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR THE RELEASED PARTIES' OWN PAST AND FUTURE NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR STRICT LIABILITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, STRICT PRODUCTS LIABILITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

The Participant understands, acknowledges and accepts that this Release is intended to be binding on the Participant and the Related Parties. The Participant further understands, acknowledges and accepts that participation in the ESPN Red Nail Bar involves certain inherent risks and dangers that may result in accidents, property loss or damage, bodily injury, disability, or death. These may result from Participant's own actions or inactions, as well as the actions or inactions of others, the rules of play, and the condition of the facilities and equipment. Further, there may be other risks not known to Participant and not reasonably foreseeable at this time. Participant is voluntarily participating in the ESPN Red Nail Bar with full knowledge of the risks involved and accepts all risks of participation, known and unknown. The Participant declares that the Participant is physically fit and has the requisite skill level to participate in the ESPN Red Nail Bar. Where such services are available, the Participant authorizes but does not require ESPN and/or Civic, the on-site personnel and/or a party designated by ESPN to provide medical treatment to the Participant, should the need arise. The Participant further agrees to pay all costs associated with such medical treatment and to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Persons from any costs or claims arising from such medical treatment. The Participant understands, acknowledges and accepts that he or she must provide his or her own medical insurance for the Participant. Any desired life, accident, travel, property or other insurance relating to participation in the ESPN Red Nail Bar is solely the Participant's responsibility. Released Persons will not provide any such insurance for the Participant's benefit.

Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, the Participant hereby grants to the Released Persons permission to film, photograph, video record and otherwise record the Participant's image, voice, or any other aspect of the performance(s) at the ESPN Red Nail Bar and the right (but not the obligation) to use, assign, and/or license to others the Participant's name, likeness, image, biographical information, voice, and/or photograph, in whole or in part (the "Rights"), in any media in any manner now known or hereafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity for any promotional, trade, publicity, or advertising purposes related to the ESPN Red Nail Bar or similar promotions conducted by Released Persons without further compensation or permission, except as prohibited or restricted by law. The Participant hereby releases the Released Persons from any and all liabilities arising out of distortion, optical illusions, or faulty mechanical reproductions of the Participant's likeness. The Participant understands and agrees that all photographic plates, negatives, and recordings containing the Rights are and shall be the property of Released Persons, and the Participant has no right to inspect or approve any materials containing the Rights. The Participant represents that it is not necessary for Released Persons to obtain permission from or to pay any third party in connection with the Rights.

The Participant understands, acknowledges, and accepts that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the ESPN Red Nail Bar is taking place and agrees that if any portion of this Release is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. The Participant further agrees that any legal proceedings related to this Release shall take place in Bristol, Connecticut.

IF PARTICIPANT IS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, THIS FORM MUST BE READ AND SIGNED BY THE PARTICIPANT'S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN:

I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named Participant, and I agree that the Participant may take part in the ESPN Red Nail Bar. On behalf of the Participant, I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally (i) agree to all of the terms of this Release, and (ii)authorize ESPN and/or Civic, on-site personnel, and any party designated by ESPN or the ESPN Red Nail Bar staff to arrange for any necessary medical treatment for the Participant. I also, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, estate, insurers, successors, and assigns, hereby specifically agree to the releases, assumptions of risks, licensing, indemnity and all other terms as provided above arising from the ESPN Red Nail Bar and fully and forever release and discharge the Released Persons (defined above) from all claims. I acknowledge that I am not obligated to provide any biographical information about the Participant, however, choosing to not do so below will not invalidate the scope of this Release as it pertains to the Rights related to the Participant and their personality rights under law. I further acknowledge and agree that the right for the Participant to participate in the ESPN Red Nail Bar is good and valuable consideration in exchange for this Release and neither myself nor the Participant will be entitled to any future compensation for use of any Content or Media subject to this Release. I acknowledge that because the Participant is a minor, I may rescind this right to use Participant's likeness in writing to ESPN, Inc. ESPN Plaza, Bristol, Connecticut 06010, ATTN: Legal Department, and including enough information to afford Released Persons to reasonably identify the Participant in order to comply with the request to rescind this Release.
